eGovernment Summit, Dubai, 15 February 2005
NavLink participated as speaker in this year’s eGovernment Summit held in Dubai, UAE on February 15th 2005.
Dr. Heinz Schrey, Director, Business Consulting, NavLink, Geneva, Switzerland presented on “eHealth” – Vision, Hype, or Reality? In the first part of his presentation Dr. Schrey has explored, from a patient perspective, what “eHealth” means and developed a clear definition. In the second part, he presented an overview of eHealth developments in Europe and North America, leading to recommendations for eHealth implementation in the Middle East and Gulf region.
