1. Managed Security Services Team Leader (Riyadh-KSA)
Job Description/Tasks
- Requirements gathering, technical consulting, security solutions design and pre-sales support

- Implementation and project management for new customers
- Firewall and intrusion detection and prevention devices remote management
- Prepare and/or review customer and management operation reports
- Advanced problem troubleshooting/ isolation and support on firewalls and intrusion detection and prevention devices (this may include after-hours on-call support).
- Security Operation Center monitoring and management tools system administration, maintenance, updates and upgrades.
- Preparation and updates of operation procedures in line with ITIL best practices
- Manage capacity and growth of the operation tools infrastructure
- Plan, design and implement the operation tools upgrades and evolution
- Plan, design, implement, and operate new technologies
- Quality assurance and management
- Assign and manage the daily tasks of a technical team
- Assist in other related activities and projects as necessary
Profile
- Bachelor of Engineering or higher
- Minimum 7 years experience, mainly in operations environment and network security
- Strong experience in planning, designing, implementing, managing and troubleshooting security components, preferably Cisco and Juniper firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention and VPN products
- Strong experience in security event management
- Experience in security standards and best practices (like CISA, CISM, CISSP)
- Good network and system administration skills
- Experience in managing Service Levels Agreements (SLA)
- Experience in people and project management
- Good knowledge of ITIL, systematic, process and procedures oriented
- Ability to lead a technical operation team
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Languages: English and Arabic are a must, French is a plus
2. Account Manager (Riyadh-KSA)
Job Description/Tasks
- Identify, select and qualify target customers in the Saudi market
- Manage named accounts, develop and implement account plans
- Build and maintain relationships at all levels within the customers. organization
- Conduct extensive follow-ups with customers to close sales and to uncover additional opportunities
- Organize joint visits to selected customers and prepare sales speech and strategy
- Follow up on opportunities, respond to customer's queries or formal Request for Proposal
- Be the first point of contact of the customer during the business relationship
Profile
- Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Engineering, Bachelor of Business or other relevant discipline
- 2-5 years experience in major account selling of Information and Communication Technology solutions
- Proven track record of successful Account Management
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
