GEORGE CHAMMAS,
CO-PRESIDENT & CFO
George is a co-founder of NavLink Inc and
is responsible for finance, administration and strategy. Prior to
founding NavLink, George was Vice President and Director for Niray
International, a major investment arm for a multinational corporation.
He co-founded Middle East On Line, an iPlanet distributor for the Middle
East and Africa, and CIS, Hewlett Packard's distributor for the Levant
and the French speaking Africa.
George holds a Bachelor of Science in Engineering (Mechanical
Engineering) Cum Laude from the University of Michigan in 1976 and an
MBA from Stanford University in 1978. George served as president for the
French American Chamber of Commerce from 1989 to 1993 and currently
serves on the advisory board for the Center for Middle East Public
Policy of RAND.
LAURENT DELIFER,
CO-PRESIDENT & COO
As co-founder of NavLink Inc., Laurent
brings 20 years of experience in internetworking technologies (WAN/LAN
and IP) and Marketing. He is currently responsible for Sales, Marketing
and Operations within NavLink. Prior to founding NavLink, Laurent
developed internet infrastructures for AT&T in Central and Eastern
Europe.
Laurent held many positions within Digital Equipment Corporation, the
most recent as Worldwide Director of Enterprise Networks from 1993 to
1996. He served as Manager of European Networks and Communication
Marketing from 1991 to 1993 and Enterprise Network Marketing Manager
from 1988 to 1991.
Laurent received his graduate degree from the Ecole Nationale Supérieure
des Télécommunications of Paris in 1981 and Executive training from
Harvard Business School in 1991.
