NavLink’s current Cloud Computing services are Infrastructure as a Service (IaaS), Shared Storage Services (SAN/NAS) and other cloud-based services. The product development team is continually updating existing services and working on the introduction of new services to match market needs with the latest Cloud Computing trends and technologies.

NavLink also provides consulting services to assist enterprise customers and telecom operators in transforming some of their infrastructure into cloud-based services.

Software as a Service - SaaS
Software as a Service (SaaS) is a hosted IT capability owned, located, operated and managed externally. It does not solely consist of application software, but also operating environments, integration platforms and infrastructure. SaaS is a technology optimized to be delivered as a service and not just a hosted instance of an off-the-shelf packaged application. The service is offered to multiple customers (better known as a multi-tenant offering) on a subscription-based licensing model.

The service contains a service level monitoring/management and offers access over the internet (not necessary via a web browser). It also offers user configuration options but not customization options.
