Approach

NavLink’s eConsulting is very pragmatic, cost-conscious, and application-orientated “hands-on” Internet-centric consulting:
Our approach consists in having a limited number of experienced Senior Consultants working closely with the Customer’s Team, leading, assisting, and coaching them during the project duration and possibly beyond, rather than sending an army of Consultants with the mandate of “doing the job” for the Customer.

  • This approach ensures ongoing knowledge transfer about working methodology, project management, business concepts and technical standards. Other advantages include increased ownership feeling within the Customer Team, smooth hand-over, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Workshops with cross-functional participation: From the outset, the possibilities and constraints of all involved parties are taken into account.
  • Setting up, leading and moderating an interdisciplinary working team; stimulating, structuring,  and synthesising the client’s ideas and competencies.
  • Guiding the client towards a comprehensive result that takes all aspects, dimensions, and players of a complex project into account, thus ensuring project success and acceptance.
  • Virtually any (Internet/ IT application) domain through our network of specialists: For specific mandates, NavLink calls on international subject matter specialists, thus complementing our Senior Consultants’ own competencies. These specialists are working according to NavLink’s methodology and under our guidance.

We deliver immediately applicable, useful results, a “recipe” ready for implementation:

  • Internet strategy/ services roadmap for approval by Management;
  • Requirements document for designing an application, a system, a service;
  • Request for Proposal (RFP);
  • Business Plan for submission to the Management Board;
  • Service Description for implementation and roll-out;
  • Marketing Plan for introducing new services and promoting existing ones;
  • Presentation, seminar, or training course/ coaching.
