NavLink is an AT&T International Venture. NavLink began operating in 1996 and has implemented service for several AT&T customers. NavLink's premise in Nice has been chosen to house AT&T's Frame Relay & MPLS point of presence thereby expanding AT&T's reach. This new N+1 certified AT&T Internet Data Center also delivers standard AT&T Hosting Services (which meet AT&T's quality, security and performance standards).

Expanded reach:

Offering services and managing WAN operations in countries where AT&T has no presence and no relationship with a Local Service Provider (LSP)

• Geographic reach into the Middle East, especially in the following countries:
  Algeria, Bahrain, Egypt, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Morocco, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Tunisia, United Arab Emirates, Yemen. Other Middle East, Africa and Central European countries can be provided on demand.
• Services offered include PTT and ISP service provisioning, local PTT and ISP contract negotiations and management, local CPE delivery and installation, local support and CPE maintenance, with Service Level Objectives (SLO) based on local capabilities, covering criteria such as roundtrip delay, service delivery & availability, TTR.

Custom services:

• Delivery of custom hosting, co-location capabilities, and associated consultancy and professional services, which complement and expand AT&T's Hosting Portfolio, IBM Hosting Services, and AT&T custom solutions
• Strong professional and operational expertise in messaging services, enterprise portal, content management, disaster recovery / Business Continuity solutions and security services
• NavLink capabilities are delivered to customers and supported directly by NavLink
