Today the organisers of the Cloud World Series have announced the shortlist for the Inaugural Cloud MENA Awards, which takes place at this year’s Cloud MENA in April. The awards are a celebration of the drive, innovation and hard work in the MENA cloud computing industry, with three categories recognising services from across the Cloud ecosystem.
The Awards will take place at the Cloud MENA Awards at The Conrad in Dubai, at the end of Day One of the event. The Awards will bring together the industry leaders and experts across the Cloud that have driven developments in Cloud over the past year.
Michael Mudd, Managing Partner, Asia Policy Partners will present the awards and said: “The awards are a fantastic show piece at the end of an action packed first day. I am looking forward to presenting the ceremony, and being part of the process of rewarding industry leaders and experts driving developments in the Cloud industry.”
The Awards will be judged by world class experts in Cloud Computing and this year’s panel includes Mario Foster, Group CIO, Al Naboodah Group, Michael Mudd, Managing Partner, Asia Policy Partners, Omid Mahboubi, Co-Founder, MENACA, Dr. Dhrupad Mathur, Director, S P Jain School of Global Management and Javaid Iqbal, Professor of Customer Centric Innovation, DePaul University. The panel independently selected the shortlist and will also select the winners.
